6 Pack Workout Tip

In Vince's new 6 pack workout course, "Your Six Pack Quest", one of the bonuses he is offering is called the 5 day overdrive. It is the more advanced tactics once you have completed the 3 and 4 day extreme workout courses. A major take away from this course is the reminder AGAIN how important a 5 to 10 minute cardio warm up is. Also, the dynamic stretching at the end of your workout is a must. These 2 factors make a huge difference in your results and prevent injuries.

If you have not seen our new video, take a look below. Watch for this exciting launch soon for the special pricing and bonuses from ProvenFitness.com

How To Get A Six Pack

Is there anyone on earth who has not asked themselves how to get a 6 pack ab at some point in their lives? Answer - probably not. Especially if you are a man, we are genetically made to store fat in our abs section.

I have discovered a little "secret" that several researchers proved a while back. Two - thirty minute cardio workouts is better than one - sixty minute cardio workout. Really? What's the difference?

The researchers found out a thirty - minute cardio, then a abs workout, then a thirty - minute cardio works the muscles much better thus better cutting and tighter abs. So, how to get a 6 pack? Look to cardio for one solution.

Our fitness expert Vince Delmonte actually talks about this technique in his new six pack abs course, "Your Six Pack Quest". I wrote a review of this course if you want to know more.

Where to Buy Used Fitness Equipment

Where to Buy Used Fitness Equipment

If you have decided to get in shape, you will probably be surprised at the amount of money some of the pieces cost. If you are on a tight budget, you might be discouraged in your attempt to get in shape. Do not let cost discourage you. There are many places you can go to buy used fitness equipment.

Where to Find Used Fitness Equipment

One of the most obvious places to find used fitness equipment is at garage and yard sales. Many people make impulsive fitness equipment purchases and hardly ever use them. When going to garage sales, think about the type of equipment you would like to have. Do not buy something just because it is cheap. Make sure you are getting a quality piece of used fitness equipment. If the model is electric, ask the owner if you can try it out by plugging it in. Ask them if there is anything wrong with the equipment. Most people will be honest with you, and if they are not being honest, you will probably be able to tell. If the equipment meets your needs and is at a good price, then go for it!

Many people put their used fitness equipment in the newspaper, so browse the classified ads for these bargains. Chances are these pieces have not been sitting in the garage quite as long as the garage sale items, so they might be cleaner. Ask if you can try before you buy.

Some sporting goods stores sell used fitness equipment that they take as trade-ins. This is a great place to purchase fitness equipment that has been used because the store has a reputation to uphold, so they are less likely to sell useless equipment. As with the other places, always try the equipment before you buy it.

Ebay and other online auction sites often have used fitness equipment available on auction. If you are looking at a large piece of equipment, make sure you buy from a seller that is within driving distance from you. If it is a smaller piece, keep in mind the shipping costs if you win the auction. Make sure you are still getting a discount even with the shipping cost. The disadvantage of buying online is that you will not have the chance to see the equipment, so you are buying at a risk.

Buying used fitness equipment is a great way to get in shape at less cost. Inspect the piece carefully to ensure you are getting a quality piece. You will have the benefit of home fitness equipment without the high cost.
